Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days of the order date.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.

Damages
We take every precaution to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition.
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery:
- If there’s visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment.
- If you accept delivery, take clear photos of the box and any product damage immediately.
- Send all photos and your order number to info@offgridwired.com so we can help file a claim or arrange a replacement.
