Return & Cancellation Policy
At OffGridWired.com, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Please review our policy below before requesting a return or cancellation.
Standard Return Policy
- 30-Day Return Window – Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Authorization Required – Email us at 📧 info@offgridwired.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customer Responsibility – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Condition Requirement – Returned items must be in “Like New” condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- “Like New” means no visible signs of wear, installation, or use.
- Items showing wear, damage, or missing components are not eligible for a refund.
Fees & Restrictions
- Restocking Fees – Certain brands require a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
- Refused or Undeliverable Orders – Orders refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.
- Final Sale Items – Products marked as “All Sales Final” are non-returnable.
- Pre-Owned / Used Products – Certified used or demo items are not eligible for return.
- Temporary Use Orders – Products purchased for short-term or event use (e.g., trade shows, promotions, rentals) cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Damaged or Defective Items
- At Delivery – Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- If you notice visible damage, note it with the carrier or refuse delivery.
- Take clear photos of all damage and email them to 📧 info@offgridwired.com the same day.
- Our Responsibility – If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
- After Use – Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Cancellations
- Before Shipment – Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund.
- After Shipment – Orders canceled after shipping are handled under our 30-Day Return Policy and will incur return shipping fees.
Additional Notes
- Some products may include brand-specific return restrictions or warranty terms. Any exceptions will be clearly listed on the individual product page.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse.
- OffGrid Wired reserves the right to adjust or deny refunds for items that do not meet the required return condition or are missing parts, manuals, or original packaging.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
